The Linn County Fairgrounds located in Mound City, KS is not only home to the Linn County Fair & Rodeo each August, but its facilities are used for meetings, livestock shows, horse clinics, camping events and other activities throughout the year. The   fairgrounds   also   are   used   for   the   annual   Sugar   Mound Arts    &    Craft    held    each    year    on    the    second    weekend    of October    when    the    city's    population    swells    from    about 1,000 people to 10,000.
