The Linn County Fair Association will hold drawings for a custom Henry lever-action rifle at each of our two rodeo performances.  Tickets may be purchased at the night events, or in advance through one of our Queen Candidates or select ticket outlets.     Tickets are eligible for a chance to win in each drawing.  Drawings will take place during the night show performances, scheduled as follows: Friday, August 12 PRCA Rodeo – Henry Big Boy .44 Magnum Saturday, August 13 PRCA Rodeo – Henry Big Boy .44 Magnum Should a performance be cancelled, the drawing may go forward as scheduled or be held over to a following performance.  You must be 18 years or older to be eligible to win, and successfully pass applicable background checks to take possession of the firearm. All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms rules apply. Winners will be announced at the time of the drawing, and contacted through the information provided on the ticket stub. Purchasers need not be present to win. Tickets and Rifles are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the rifle All firearm transfers will be completed through a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the State laws for the legal residence of the winning ticket holder. The Federal Firearms Licensed dealer designated by Linn County Fair Association will be solely responsible for all transfers.  In the event that winners need or wish to have the firearm won transferred to their local FFL dealer, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of the winner, and arrangements must be made directly between the winner and Linn County Fair Association’s designated dealer.  In the event that Linn County Fair Association is unable to contact the winner, it is the responsibility of the winning ticket holder to contact Linn County Fair Association to claim their firearm. The winning ticket holder must claim their firearm within 31 days of the date the ticket was drawn.  Any firearm not claimed within 31 days of the date the ticket was drawn will become the property of Linn County Fair Association. All firearms must be claimed and transfer completed within 90 days of the date the ticket was drawn.   Any firearm not transferred within 90 days of the date the ticket was drawn will become the property of Linn County Fair Association. This raffle is void where prohibited.
